Round 37 most important game was a defeat of league's leader BelgianKortrijk (25-10). They were edged by fourth ranked Limburg United (25-10) 99-97 on Friday night. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Limburg made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Strangely Kortrijk outrebounded Limburg 36-23 including 22 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 31 assists. At the losing side point guard Sean Pouedet (188-2003) responded with 25 points and 8 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) and American Eric Reed Jr (192-2000, college: MSU) scored 22 points. Four Kortrijk players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Limburg United have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Oostende and Kortrijk. Kortrijk lost third consecutive game.
